I was raised New Haven, CT where my mother ignited my passion for cooking. I started out in bar and grilles but after my mom passed, I decided to elevate my career, so I moved to NYC. In Manhattan I was trained in upscale gourmet cuisine from all over the world. Since that experience I was recruited by a country club back in New Haven that caters to very elaborate weddings and Yale university. When the pandemic hit I lost my job with the country club and decided to make the move to Knoxville. I was hired by the Klonaris family and am currently running all culinary events for City Catering by Spaces in the City.
