Grilled Blackened Corn on the Cob
Preheat grill to med-high heat. Around 425-450 degrees.
Brush butter liberally over corn cobs.
Sprinkle Smoky Blackened Seasoning evenly over each cob.
Place on grill turning every 2 minutes until they are browned with a few caramelized spots. Total 8-12 minutes or so.
Remove from grill and grate Parmesan cheese over the corn. Sprinkle with cilantro. Add some lime juice if desired.
*Recommendation: This would make a great side dish to a Taco night dinner.
