Blackened Shrimp Pasta

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and add sauce and finish cooking the pasta in the sauce for three minutes, stirring.

Wash and dry shrimp on paper towels. Sprinkle on the Smoky Blackened Seasoning on both sides of each shrimp to evenly coat.

Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Add 1 tbsp oil & one tbsp butter.Once this bubbles, add half the shrimp and let cook for two minutes per side. Wipe out pan, add 1 tbsp oil and 1tbsp butter and repeat this process with remaining shrimp.

Add pasta to a bowl, top with blackened shrimp and sprinkle on some fresh parsley.
Note
Recommendation: Feel free to mix up the pastas! Angel hair or spaghetti would work. Play around with store bought sauces for an easy weeknight meal.
