Our Smoky Paprika is made from the Leutschauer Paprika Pepper which was originally cultivated in Slovakia and the Hungarian region. It has a distinct smoky flavor with a slightly sweet finish. Slow smoked using a custom blend of hardwood, this spice carries a unique aroma and a solid medium heat that doesn’t linger on the tongue for too long.

Received this spice as Christmas gift. The aroma is fantastic. The only thing better than the aroma of your Smoky Paprika-Mild, is the flavor it adds to foods I sprinkle it over. The aroma adds to the enjoyment of cooking but the taste adds to the enjoyment of eating. Although I have used Smoky Paprika-Mild to many different foods, mainly meats, i use it regularly on my fried eggs in the mornings.
