Smoke Roasted Minced Onion has an aroma that will make your mouth water just by smelling it in the jar! We bring out a wonderfully rich aroma and flavor by dry roasting it in our smoker for several hours using a blend of Pecan and Hickory wood. Use it in casseroles, salads, breads, potatoes, meats, and more! About 1 tsp is equivalent to 1/2 of a small onion. Want to rehydrate it first? No problem. Soak it in water for about 15-20 minutes before cooking. Enjoy!
