Smoke Roasted Minced Garlic is one of our more versatile spices. It will add an extra flare to soups, stews, chilis, sauces, marinades and vinaigrettes. We bring out a wonderfully rich aroma and flavor by dry roasting it in our smoker for several hours. Use it in casseroles, salads, breads, potatoes, meats, and more! About 1/3 tsp is equivalent to one fresh garlic clove. Want to rehydrate it first? No problem. Soak it in water for about 15-20 minutes before cooking. Enjoy!

This spice is Gluten-Free. It does not contain any additives, preservatives, fillers, artificial coloring, or anti-caking agents. A little goes a long way!
