Smoky Mountain Burger
Preheat grill to med-high heat. Around 450 degrees.
Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tsp Appalachian Steak Seasoning to a bowl, mix thoroughly.
Make 4 patties, top with remaining 1 tsp Appalachian Steak Seasoning.
Place on grill, close lid and cook for 4-5 minutes, flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Check temperature with meat thermometer. 140-145 degrees is a good range.
Remove from grill and serve hot.
*Recommended toppings: Sliced white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, sweet onion, pickles, mayo and mustard.
