Smoky Jerk Chicken Thighs

Preheat grill to high heat. Around 450-500 degrees.

Brush olive oil evenly on all sides of chicken thighs including under the skin.

Sprinkle hot Smoky Sweet Jerk Seasoning on all sides of thighs, including under and over the skin. Gently pat into oil to make sure it sticks.

Place on grill, close lid and cook for 6-8 minutes, flip and cook for another 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.

Remove from grill and let stand for 5 minutes.
Note
*Recommendation: Serve with grilled pineapple and coconut rice (add cilantro and freshly squeezed lime juice).
