Our Smoky Cayenne is one of the hottest spices we offer. Cayenne is used in many dishes and should be a staple in any home’s spice cabinet. Made from the Dragon Cayenne which is a cross between a Cayenne and a Thai Chile, this spice packs quite a punch. If you add too much, you actually risk breathing fire! Or at least you may feel like you are. Shake lightly!
Heat Level: Hotter, 45,000 – 60,000 (SHU)
Ingredients: Smoked Dragon Cayenne

Love, love, love this! I have used this in many dishes. Chili, Indian food, soups, potato dishes, bolognese, stir fried dishes, curries.

The smoked cayenne has a very prominent flavor and is great on fish! Made an easy go to, to season meats.

We have used this when boiling blue crab and lobster tails. It was just enough spice to go with seafood! It was perfect! I love it in cajun dishes this is a perfect spice for that.

The Cayenne has a mild pepper flavor with a strong heat that goes excellent in chili and soups. The smoky essence blends well and adds a delicious spice to your dish. It is also fantastic in guacamole, giving it a smoky kick.

I LOVE THIS!!! I cannot rave about this enough. I am a big cayenne lover but the smoky flavor this brings is just wonderful. It brings heat but also has a great flavor. I have used this on avocado toast, added to hummus, in pasta dishes, you name it!` I would highly recommend!
