Smoky Mountain French Toast

Combine half and half, eggs, salt, vanilla, and Smoked Cinnamon into a bowl and whisk thoroughly until mixed well.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Be careful not to burn it.

Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture for 3 or 4 seconds on each side. Place in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Add more butter to pan if necessary.

Top with powdered sugar, fruit, and maple syrup. Add a pinch more of Smoked Cinnamon for an even more smoky flavor.
