Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Cut ends from Brussel sprouts and then cut in half.

In a medium bowl, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar and whisk rapidly until fully mixed.

Add Brussel sprouts and Red Pepper Flakes and stir until well coated.

On baking sheet, arrange Brussel sprouts in a single layer, flat side down. Sprinkle on ½ tsp salt.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy on top. Remove from oven and sprinkle on remaining ½ tsp of salt.
