Lemon Pepper Moutain Trout

Cut trout into two fillets and sprinkle 2.5 tsp Appalachian Lemon Pepper over flesh side.

Heat a pan on the stove to medium-high heat and add the oil and butter.

When oil/butter mixture is bubbling, add the fillets, flesh side down, and cook for three minutes. Flip over and cook for 2-3 more minutes
Note
Serve with roasted vegetables, steamed broccoli and lemon wedges.
