Grilled Salmon Fillets

Instructions

Brush olive oil on grill grates to prevent fillets from sticking. Preheat grill to high heat. Around 450 degrees.

Brush olive oil on all sides of salmon fillets.

Sprinkle Appalachian Chicken and Fish Rub evenly on the flesh sides of fillets.

Place on grill skin side down, close lid and cook for 6-8 minutes, flip carefully and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Remove from grill and cover with foil tent. Let rest for 5 minutes.

(Optional) Squeeze lemon juice on fillets and enjoy!
Note
*Recommendation: serve with steamed broccoli or roasted vegetables.
