Instructions

  1. Fry bacon in a pan over medium-high heat until crispy. Crumble
    into pieces and set aside.

  2. Remove bacon grease and add olive oil to pan. Sautee onion
    and garlic over medium heat until onions are translucent. Stir frequently to
    prevent garlic from burning.

  3. In a large mixing bowl combine green beans, cream of celery, sour
    cream, black pepper, ¾ cup cheddar cheese, half of the crumbled bacon,
    onions, and Smoke Roasted Minced Garlic. Mix all ingredients well.

  4. Transfer to a 9x13 baking pan and bake uncovered for 25 minutes
    at 375 degrees.

  5. Remove pan and add ¾ cup of cheddar and the other half of the
    bacon to the top. Bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Let
    cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
