Bacon Cheddar Green Bean Casserole

Fry bacon in a pan over medium-high heat until crispy. Crumble
into pieces and set aside. -
Remove bacon grease and add olive oil to pan. Sautee onion
and garlic over medium heat until onions are translucent. Stir frequently to
prevent garlic from burning. -
In a large mixing bowl combine green beans, cream of celery, sour
cream, black pepper, ¾ cup cheddar cheese, half of the crumbled bacon,
onions, and Smoke Roasted Minced Garlic. Mix all ingredients well. -
Transfer to a 9x13 baking pan and bake uncovered for 25 minutes
at 375 degrees. -
Remove pan and add ¾ cup of cheddar and the other half of the
bacon to the top. Bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Let
cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
