We offer free returns or exchanges if the product arrives damaged or an incorrect order was shipped.


Steps to receive your refund or exchange:

• Email support@smokyspices.com within 7 days of receipt of order and notify us of the reason for the refund or exchange

• Photos may be required for verification

• Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
• Send all items back using the label provided
• Returned item must be sealed in their original packaging
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the items in our warehouse
